Get in Shape
Your "job" this summer is to run & jump and ride bikes and swim and.....do lots of physical activity to get in football condition.
1) Get a good jump rope. It is a great exercise. Two feet, one foot, alternate feet. Footwork is MASSIVELY important for all positions.
2) Stretch ---- all of your muscles.....every day
3) "Lift" --- no need for weights yet...do pushups (good ones), pull ups, situps, wall squats
4) Play catch, especially with a football.
